EL SEGUNDO (April 19, 2010) \u2013 Premiere Props announced today they will be hosting the Texas Frightmare Weekend Live Auction, featuring movie props and costumes from iconic horror blockbusters of today and yesterday.<\/em><\/p>\n

From the bloodiest knife to the most splattered and ripped costume, the Texas Frightmare Weekend Live Auction has all of its Horror bases covered. Collectors can own Freddy\u2019s hero iconic stripped sweater from \u201cNightmare on Elm Street\u201d or Michael Myer\u2019s knife from \u201cHalloween II.\u201d Director John Carpenter and the cast of the cult classic \u201cChristine\u201d will be on hand for a live Q&A and an autographed script will be available for bid. Bidders can even own a piece of Robert Pattinson, the star of massive vampire hit \u201cTwilight,\u201d by bidding on his costumes from his recent film, \u201cRemember Me.\u201d Fans can purchase swords, knives and shields from such films as \u201cHalloween II,\u201d \u201cResident Evil: Afterlife,\u201d \u201cKing Arthur,\u201d \u201cBook of Eli\u201d and \u201cRobin Hood: Prince of Thieves.\u201d There will even be a chance to own a motorcycle from \u201cThe Book of Eli,\u201d the hero car from \u201cHalloween II,\u201d a corpse from \u201cArmored,\u201d or the bloody and torn-up clothing from the upcoming film, \u201cPiranha 3D.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The live auction takes place on Saturday, May 1, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Irving, Texas (4440 W John Carpenter FWY, Irving, Texas 75063). There will be a preview from 11am \u2013 1pm CST, before the auction starts at 1pm. The Texas Frightmare Weekend Live Auction can be seen on Premiere Props\u2019 3 camera LIVE broadcast show online. A donation from the auction will be made to the Entertainment Industry Foundation, one of the leading charitable organizations of the entertainment industry.<\/em><\/p>\n
