Obviously, it has been some time since I’ve posted here on the Original Prop Blog.

Original Prop Blog in England: Journal Day Four (Concert Photojournal: Coldplay “Hidden Gig” at Royal Court Theater / Liverpool, England / 12/19/2010)

England Journal: Day Four.  This was our second day in Liverpool, where the first of  the two Coldplay “Hidden Gig” shows benefiting Crisis were held tonight.  As noted in the prior journal entry, the “Hidden Gig” venue was not revealed until 24 hours before the show, and the venue announced was the Royal Court Theater. ‘No Doubt’ eBay Charity Auction Features Memorabilia, Wardrobe, Instruments from Studio Recordings, Videos, Live Performances

As with Coldplay at the end of last year, rock band No Doubt has listed a number of costumes, instruments, and other original memorabilia up for auction to benefit charity, following their 2009 tour.  100% of the proceeds will benefit a number of charities selected by Gwen Stefani and the band members. As reported two weeks ago, Grammy Award-winning rock band Coldplay offered memorabilia for auction for their “End of Decade Clearout Sale”, with auctions having ended Monday through today, New Year’s Eve.
