The reality-based series follows Joe and his efforts to secure important Hollywood memorabilia for his live auction sale events. As reported back in June, RM Auctions (in association with Sotheby’s) offered at auction “The James Bond Car” – a 1965 Aston Martin featured in the James Bond films Goldfinger and Thunderball, starring Sean Connery. As part of their “Automobiles of London” sale event, the auction took place today and the car sold for a staggering $4.6 million dollars. [Read more…]

Desi DosSantos and Jeff Castillo of ScreenUsed have recently shared with me their efforts in restoring one of the few surviving DeLoreans customized and used in filming the Back to the Future trilogy. Today, they are publicly announcing the completion of their work, all in time for the 25th Anniversary of the original film.
