About Picture Car Warehouse (for more, see www.PictureCarWarehouse.net):

Picture Car Warehouse is one of Hollywood’s most complete and state of the art picture vehicle facilities. We are housed at Los Angeles Center Studios in downtown Los Angeles. Picture Car Warehouse has an inventory of over 700 vehicles to choose from – police cars, emergency vehicles, large trucks, muscle cars, period cars, ND cars; along with many custom built vehicles. Picture Car Warehouse is one-stop shopping for all your picture car needs.

Picture car Warehouse’s rental department is second to none in the United States. Renting a vehicle couldn’t be easier than with the staff at PCW. Ted Moser, the owner of Picture Car Warehouse, has been on the production side of the picture car industry for over 18 years. Ted saw the need for a picture car service that understands the difficult problems that can arise during production. Using his knowledge and his love for vehicles, Ted assembled a rental department that keeps the productionâ€TMs needs in mind. Lynne Mishele and Ken Kessler complete the rental staff with an enthusiasm not seen in the industry in many years. They all are ready to assist you in any of your picture car needs.

Picture Car Warehouse’s body shop can build the vehicles you need for your next production. Whether you require a color change, an overnight repair or multiple vehicle needs, we are up to the task. Our body shop brings the experience necessary to take your ideas and drawings and turn them into reality. Painting that expensive Ferrari? Try our peel coat paint. You film your car and then after a quick wash, your Ferrari will look brand new. Like the look of an old car but need a specific time-period color? We have period color books and will paint sample squares. The samples will give your production a real opportunity to save time and money by making sure the car is painted the color you expected. We have also built vehicles from nothing more than concept drawings. Custom paints, air brushing and graphics are also available at Picture Car Warehouse.

PCW’s mechanical shop is a full service center for all the needs of feature films, television, music videos and commercials. From full restorations to multiple vehicles, we have done it all. We built custom GTO’s, F-150 trucks and Mustangs for XXX 2, Toyota Tundra race trucks for Bench Warmers, 5 Volkswagen Buses for Little Miss Sunshine, and 1970s Challengers for Grindhouse, to only name a few. We can install fuel cells, build and install tow tabs, install line locks, disable computers and whatever else your production company might need. The mechanical shop works hand in hand with our fabrication department and your special effects department.

Picture Car Warehouse fabrication department is state of the art. Installing air bag suspensions, lowering kits, lift kits, custom wheels and tires, quick removal of doors or windows, camera mounts, and tow tabs are just a few of the many jobs we can do. Our department has many years of experience in fabricating that special need for your production. No need is too small or large. Is weight a problem on the sound stage? At the country music awards we built a truck and a muscle car under 1300 pounds each that went on stage with Rascal Flatts. Call us with your specific needs.

Picture Car Warehouse’s upholstery shop can service you in all areas. Headliners, carpet, seats, door panels, dashes can all be redone or customized for the look you want. Custom fabrics or vinyl can be sourced through us as well. We can help you design and execute the exact look that you need for your car.

Picture Car Warehouse includes graphic design and graphic application to our list of services. We can do all types of emergency vehicles, delivery type vehicles, as well as a number of specific graphics to suit your needs. If you already have your design set, just email it to us and we’ll print, cut and then install it for you. Not sure of the look you need? Consult with our graphic designer who will be glad to help.
