Obviously, the questions raised about the piece here, on the Movie Prop Forum (LINK), and the Replica Prop Forum (LINK) remain unanswered. The new marketing description appears to be the same as the one used in the original listing, with no additional information, details, or clarification in regards to provenance and authenticity.
